Kamakailan isinagawa ang payout para sa mga 35 na benepisyaryo ng Special Program for the Employment of Students matapos ang dalawangpung (20) araw na pagpapamalas ng kanilang kakayahan sa ating Local Government Unit – Bolinao. Ang nasabing payout ay dinaluhan ng DOLE-Western Pangasinan Field Office representative na si Marc David Sanchez, LEO III; OIC-PESO Manager Glenda Catabay; at mga kinatawan mula sa Treasure's Office.

Ang naturang programa ay naging matagumpay sa pakikipag-ugnayan ng Department of Labor and Employment - Western Pangasinan Field Office (DOLE-WPFO) at ng Local Government Unit of Bolinao sa pamumuno ng ating butihing Mayor Alfonso F. Celeste, M.D.

Sa pakikipag-ugnayan ng DOLE Western Pangasinan Field Office (DOLE-WPFO), LGU-Bolinao sa pamamagitan ng Public Employment Service Office (PESO) at ng ating napakabuting Municipal Mayor 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨 𝐅. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞, 𝐌.𝐃. upang matulungan ang mga estudyante at out-of-school youth na mas mahubog ang kanilang kaalaman at kasanayan.

Kasabay ng paggunita sa Araw ng Kalayaan noong ika-12 ng Hunyo 2024, ipinagdiriwang ang World Day Against Child Labor na may temang, "Bawat Bata, Malaya: Mithiin ng Nagkakaisang Bansa". Ang kaganapang ito ay naisakatuparan sa pangunguna ng Department of Labor and Employment Western Pangasinan Field Office (DOLE-WPFO).

Ang pagdiriwang ay nagbigay-diin sa pangangailangan ng isang nagkakaisang bayan para sa pagtataguyod ng karapatan ng bawat bata na maging malaya mula sa anumang anyo ng child labor.

Mababakas sa mukha at ngiti ng mga napiling bata upang maging parte ng pagdiriwang ang kaligayahan. Ang mga bata ay lumahok sa iba't iba aktibidades kagaya ng parlor games, medical, dental and grooming. Nagkaroon din ng mobile registration/clearance at distribution of school supplies, hygiene kits, seeds and fruit bearing trees na hatid naman ng ating mga minamahal at mapagbigay na stakeholders.

Isinagawa ang SPES (Special Program for the Employment of Students) orientation para sa 41 na mag-aaral mula high school at college, kung saan 35 sa kanila ay itatalaga sa LGU (Local Government Unit) at 6 naman ay itatalaga sa mga katuwang na pribadong establisyemento sa ating bayan.

Ang orientation ay pinangunahan ni sir Marc David Sanchez mula sa DOLE Western Pangasinan Field Office, ma'am Glenda Catabay na ating PESO manager at ni ma’am Ayein Raciles mula sa Human Resources ng LGU.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa walang sawang suporta ng ating Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Bolinao na pinamumunuan ng ating butihing Mayor, Hon. Alfonso F. Celeste, M.D., Department of Labor and Employment at sa mga katuwang nating pribadong establisyemento.

“The Special Program for Employment of Students is DOLE’s youth employment-bridging program which aims to provide temporary employment to poor but deserving students, out-of-school youth, and dependents of displaced or would-be displaced workers during summer and/or Christmas vacation or any time of the year to augment the family’s income to help ensure that beneficiaries are able to pursue their education.”

Dumating na ang araw ng payout na pinakaaantay ng 100 na benepisyaryo mula sa Brgy. Lucero, Bolinao, Pangasinan dahil natanggap na nila ang bunga ng kanilang pinagtrabahuan sa pamamagitan ng Tulong Panghanapbuhay Para sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) Program.

Ang bawat isa ay nakatanggap ng P4,350 matapos ang sampung araw na pagtatrabaho upang mapanatili ang kaayusan at kalinisan ng kanilang komunidad. Maliban sa perang kanilang natanggap, sila rin ay nakatanggap ng micro-insurance premiums at kanilang mga personal protective equipment (PPE) na kanilang ginamit sa pagtratrabaho.
Ang mga benepisyaryo ay ipinipahatid ang kanilang buong pusong pasasalamat sa walang sawang pagsuporta at pagbibigay pondo ng ating butihing Congressman ng 1st District, Congressman Arthur “ART” F. Celeste. Sa pagsisikap ng DOLE – WPFO magkipag-ugnayan sa LGU-Bolinao upang maisakatuparang ang nasabing programa. At sa ating magmahal na Municipal Mayor, Hon. Alfonso F. Celeste, M.D.

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in partnership of Local Government Unit of Bolinao through PESO, is now accepting enrollees for MASONRY NC I. They will provide free training and a free assessment for sixteen (16) days to those applicants that are qualified. The submission of requirements starts on May 2, 2024 and the requirements are the following:
- Photocopy of your PSA
- Photocopy of your valid ID
- 2 pieces of 1 x 1 picture

For those interested applicants, kindly bring all the necessary requirements to Municipal PESO located at 2nd Floor Balin Bolinao, Pangasinan.

Paggawad ng cheque at pagdaos ng oryentasyon sa mga benepisyaryo ng TUPAD sa Brgy. Lucero, Bolinao, Pangasinan. Ang mga naturang benepisyaryo ng programang ito ay magtratrabaho ng sampung araw, na aabot ng apat na oras sa bawat araw. Ito ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng Local Government Unit – Bolinao at ng DOLE Western Pangasinan Field office. At buong puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa walang sawang pagbibigay ng suporta at pondo sa ating mahal na 1st District Congressman ng Pangasinan, Congressman ARTHUR “ART” F. CELESTE.
