✨️ Join us as we commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and come together to bridge the Gulf South and Appalachia — two regions historically pitted against each other in the climate crisis, but who are crafting collective solutions to fight and win TOGETHER. ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏻

Gulf South to Appalachia (GS2A) is a rooted formation of made up of frontline organizations fighting for climate justice in the Gulf South and Appalachia — two regions most impacted by extractive oil & gas industries.

Born out of the convergence of decades of regional organizing, GS2A is a formation of of fifteen states and one occupied territory (OH, NY, PA, MD, WV, VA, TN, NC, SC, TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, and PR) leveraging collective power to organize toward climate justice for our communities.

When we win, we win together. And we know this is just the beginning.
