National Home Visiting Week kicks off today, and at Child Advocates of Nevada County we’re honored to recognize the difference our Healthy Babies program part of Healthy Families America makes in our community.

Our Home Visitors connect with families wherever they are, both in their homes and in their journeys, providing reliable, relationship-centered support from pregnancy through the early years. Over time, these connections build trust, nurture strong parent-child relationships, and help create a healthy start that lasts a lifetime.

We’re proud to highlight the dedicated staff, valued partners, and incredible families who make this work possible every day.

We had a wonderful time at our monthly social with Healthy Babies families! 💛

It’s always such a joy to connect, and build community together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a warm and welcoming gathering. We’re already looking forward to next month!

We had circle story time with our parents and kiddos. Parents had an activity around self-care and what that looks like.
