Memorial Day, observed on the last Monday of May, is a day to honor and remember those who have died while serving in the U.S. military. It's a time for reflection, mourning, and expressing gratitude for the sacrifices of those who have lost their lives in the service of the nation.

Happy to report that along with getting some necessary water operation repairs done, the beacon light on top of the tower has been replaced.

The City Park bathrooms will be open for use as soon as some necessary cleaning and restocking has been done.

The Swaledale City Council will hold the Budget Adoption Hearing Monday, April 28, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the City Office. The public is welcome to attend. A regular Council meeting will follow the hearing.
