🌳Want to learn more about Tama Hills? We’ve got you covered!

Come join our guided tour of historical sites on a golf cart! The service starts Saturday, March 7 and will continue to be held weekly*. Sign up at the Tama Lodge front desk or call them at 227-5230.

💲$10 for 1 hour

*Weather permitting. Bookings must be made by 11 p.m. on the Friday before the tour. English tours only. To drive the golf cart, you must have a valid 4EJ or Japanese driver’s license.

Getting ready for your Physical Fitness Assessment? Here's where you need to go on base!

Muscular Strength Testing (Pushups, Abdominal*):
Samurai Fitness Center, outdoor grass area (mat optional), or any suitable floor space.
*Toe-bar/Partner required for sit-ups.

Cardio Endurance Testing (2-Mile Run & HAMR)
For the 2-Mile Run: Samurai Training Grounds, Par 3, North Overrun (down & back)
For the HAMR: Samurai Fitness Center Basketball Court, Samurai Training Grounds (2 locations), Westside Tennis Court, Eastside Tennis Court & Basketball Court
