Who judges the judges?

In Tennessee, Article VI, Section 6 of the Tennessee Constitution provides that judges may be removed by a concurrent two-thirds vote of both Houses of the General Assembly after notice and stated cause.

Think about that.

Our constitutional framework understood that accountability matters just as much as judicial independence. Yet today, many citizens feel completely unheard when raising concerns about due process, access to records, financial barriers, unequal treatment, or judicial misconduct.

This is not about attacking the judiciary.
This is about preserving public confidence in it.

No branch of government should become so insulated that ordinary people believe there is no meaningful oversight, no transparency, and no remedy.

Constitutional rights are not supposed to depend on wealth, political influence, or procedural traps.

“Pay, plead, or punishment” should never become the operating principle of justice in America.

We need:
• transparency
• accountability
• meaningful appellate review
• equal access to courts
• and constitutional due process for ALL people

Judicial independence matters.
But accountability matters too.

Read Article VI, Section 6 for yourself.
Know your Constitution.

Puerto Rico is not invisible.
Puerto Rican families matter. Puerto Rican children matter. Puerto Rican fathers matter. Puerto Rican mothers matter.

For too long, many families have felt unheard, separated, overwhelmed, or lost inside systems they believed would protect them. No parent should feel erased. No child should become collateral damage in conflict, distance, or institutional failure.

Puerto Rico is part of America — and the people of Puerto Rico deserve equal dignity, equal protection, equal humanity, and equal justice.

FCRAA stands with families seeking:

accountability,

due process,

transparency,

child-centered solutions,

and the preservation of healthy parent-child relationships whenever safely possible.

This movement is not about hatred.
It is not about division.
It is about awareness, advocacy, reform, and restoring hope to families who feel forgotten.

No borders can divide humanity.
No distance should destroy family bonds.
No child should be alienated from love.

They told families to stay quiet.
They told parents to “trust the process.”

We looked closer.

Children are not case numbers.
Families are not profit margins.
And silence is not justice.

This movement is different.
Follow if you’re ready to expose what others are afraid to talk about.

FAMILY COURT SHOULD NEVER DESTROY FAMILIES TO “SAVE” THEM

Every day across America, parents walk into court believing they’ll receive fairness, due process, and a chance to be heard.

Instead, many leave: • financially destroyed
• silenced
• cut off from their children
• emotionally broken
• buried in legal costs they cannot afford

And the children?
They are often the ones suffering the most.

Children deserve:
✅ both loving parents whenever safely possible
✅ due process protections
✅ transparency in court proceedings
✅ accountability from public officials
✅ a voice that actually matters

Family Court Reform Advocates of America believes families should not have to lose everything just to be heard.

This movement is not about politics.
It’s not about division.
It’s about protecting constitutional rights, parental rights, and the wellbeing of children.

If you’ve experienced:
⚖️ judicial misconduct
⚖️ excessive legal costs
⚖️ parental alienation concerns
⚖️ false allegations
⚖️ lack of due process
⚖️ retaliation for speaking out
⚖️ systemic failures in family court

You are not alone.

The system only changes when people stop suffering in silence.

📢 Share your story.
📢 Speak respectfully but boldly.
📢 Document everything.
📢 Stand for truth, accountability, and reform.

Families matter.
Children matter.
Justice matters.
