Rain or Shine, Learning Shines!
Sto. Tomas Elementary School, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 128, s. 2026 due to continuous heavy rainfall and Southwest Monsoon warnings, immediately shifted to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) on August 18, 2026 to ensure learning continues despite class suspension.
Under the strong leadership of School Head, Dr. Cherry R. Ang, and guidance of PSDS, Dr. Romulo D. Casipit, the ADM implementation was monitored by Mrs. Merry Ann A. Quintillano, Master Teacher I, who supervised seven Grade 3 and three Grade 4 teachers directly under her mentorship. The Grade 3 team showed creativity in simplifying lessons for diverse learners, while the Grade 4 team emphasized critical thinking and meaningful tasks — both demonstrating exemplary teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality education.
Sto. Tomas Elementary School, through all 52 dedicated educators, stands united in the mission of sustaining learning despite challenges. Class suspension does NOT mean learning suspension — together with parents and the community, we uphold the right to continuous, meaningful education, rain or shine.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT AT ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 127, ipatutupad ang Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Laguna simula 12:00 ng tanghali, Agosto 17, 2026.

Para naman sa mga paaralan, ipatutupad ang Alternative Learning Modes (ALMs) para sa lahat ng antas, alinsunod sa direktiba ng mga kinauukulang awtoridad.

📌 Hinihikayat ang lahat ng mag-aaral, magulang, at guardian na patuloy na makipag-ugnayan sa kanilang mga g**o para sa mga kaukulang gawain at learning activities.

Alinsunod sa 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟮𝟳 𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗼, ipatutupad ang Alternative Work Arrangement sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Laguna simula 12:00 ng tanghali, Agosto 17, 2026.

Sto. Tomas Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Grade 1 – Rosas HPTA Officers, the generous volunteer parents, and Grade 1 – Rosas Adviser, Ma'am Amor Montalbo, for the successful conduct of the Simple Nutrition Feeding Activity in celebration of Nutrition Month.

Your generosity, time, and dedication in providing nutritious food packs for our Grade 1 – Rosas learners are a testament to the strong partnership between the school and our parents in promoting the health and well-being of every child.

Sto. Tomas Elementary School, led by School Principal II, Dr. Cherry R. Ang, successfully conducted its Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session entitled "Empowering Teachers to Address Diverse Learners through Inclusive Education" today, July 31, 2026.

The session was facilitated by Dr. Rhea DM. Bilbes, Education Program Supervisor for Kindergarten and SPED, who shared valuable insights and strategies to strengthen teachers' competencies in implementing inclusive education and effectively addressing the diverse learning needs of learners.

Sto. Tomas Elementary School extends its heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Bilbes for her invaluable contribution to the professional growth of our teaching personnel as we continue to uphold quality, equitable, and inclusive education for all.

​Personal na pinangunahan ni Kapitana Venesa Zaballa kasama ang mga opisyal ng barangay ang regular na pagbabantay at monitoring sa paligid ng Paaralang Sto. Tomas. Layunin nitong masig**ong ligtas, payapa, at maayos ang pagpasok at pag-uwi ng ating mga kabataan.
