Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, which is why loving homes are needed. In the month of May we like to focus on recruiting foster parents who
truly desire to share a safe space 🏡 while meeting every need through this delicate time.

There are currently 2,660 CASA volunteers in Georgia.

That's 2,660 people who have answered the call to show up for a child each month as she navigates a separation from her family and many other changes.

2,660 people who serve their communities by advocating for children and families in crisis.

2,660 people who are bringing out the best in themselves and in those around them.

May is Foster Care Awareness Month and while it isn’t something to celebrate, it is a chance to bring awareness 🫶 Not everyone is meant to be a foster parent, and that’s okay, but everyone can do something to help children and youth in care ✨

A community that cares & wants to help
The worker who’s doing their very best
The child behind the case number
First families who matter & are deeply loved
Healing & hope & restoration
Kids who deserves more than awareness

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

Not every battle is visible. Some people are showing up every day carrying things you’d never see from the outside. Be kind. Be patient. You never know what someone is pushing through.

And to you—if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired, or just not like yourself lately… you’re not alone. You don’t have to have it all figured out right now.

Rest when you need to. Speak kindly to yourself. Reach out if it feels heavy. Small steps are still progress.

Let’s make space for real conversations, real feelings, and real support—not just this month, but every day.
