Day 7, By now you must have known Maniktala is my home, so i started today from maniktala to sealdah station, to changrihata to ecopark, back via VIP road ultodanga
Distance : 60 Km
Time 1.5 hours
Time of day: starting 4:30 pm
No. of horns : 2 times(once by mistake)

If you think there is any road in any city that can't be driven without honking, then please put up the challenge on this page. Please mention :

Let's make it possible...

No Horn Please....

We love driving and we love to live in peace too...

Friends, I, myself is deeply concerned in the immensely increased irrational misuse of honking while driving.. whenever and wherever we hit the streets with our Bikes/Scooties/Cars we find the same snap...

Lets share some...

Scene 1: You are caught in a traffic jam..n (un)luckily u r in the front row..No sooner the timer from red to green closes down to 03..02..01..i m sure ur ears r choaked wid horrid mechanical screaming from the behind..We forgot that Horn is for emergency only not a toy to play with..

Scene 2: U r driving slow in front of a School/Hospital/congested marketplace...you are again hit by the continuous honking from behind from some errant driver who doesn't even know to give his/her horn a break in front of schools and hospitals at least....

Scene 3: You are driving on a road within speed limit..you may imagine u r fine..but you are not.. since someone behind you has started flying his/her helicopter on the streets by continuously using muti-tone horn of a high pitch and lane changing...

Precautions: We know Rules are there...Anti honking rules...Fines..Mandatory silence zone boards and lots...But Rules are Rules on the papers and sign boards..

Result: Lots of popular researches have already figured out the dire consequences of such irrational impatience in honking..some of those are:

a. Permanent/Temporary Deafness

b. Rise in Blood Pressure

c. Irriitability and Heart issues

d. Severe impact in scholastic performance in children and lots more...

We cant and we wont let it happen............
