Another great LCWRC meeting where we hosted Laura Zorc from Freedom Works as well as supported both Republican endorsed School Board Candidate Michael Rivera for Leesburg District and Tiffany Polifko, Broad Run District. Great information!! Our school board candidates need your support!! These two have been involved for more than two years and represent the type of leadership needed on the board to help support our children!

Great event at the ERACED rally at the LCPS admin buildings. Many came together to speak about stopping the indoctrination of our children with CRT aka SEL into our schools. Our club also presented over 1600 books to the School Board that will now go to our title one schools to support those teachers and students. There Was a tremendous event of unity with speakers from the 10th GOP, 10th district Congressional Candidate Hung Cao, Moms 4 Liberty, Fight for Schools, Army of Parents, Special Guest Pastor John Amanchukwu and a special book donation from Mark Levin Presented by his amazing wife Julie Levin, and many others! Thank you to the Club and community for coming out to support this event!

The LCRWC hosted a wonderful post card writing event for our Candidate for Leesburg Mayor, Suzanne Fox! She’s an amazing lady and will do so much for Leesburg! Remember to Vote November 8th for her! Thank you to everyone who came out and donated their time to help!

The children of LCPS will be benefiting from literature that will expand their imagination, promote independent thinking and stretch their potential, not to mention the LCRWC is helping to support our teachers fill their classroom libraries full of AMAZING stories especially in our T1 school districts! LCRWC Literacy “This NOT That” Book Drive

Attention all club and community members. In this day in age with the “battle of books” that keep showing up in our schools, the Loudoun County Republican Women’s Club is taking a stand and starting a book drive.

We are launching our “This not That, a return to Literacy” project.

We are collecting new/ gently used books for all ages, the classics! Books that really do belong in the libraries from early readers like Dick and Jane, the Magic Tree house collections, To Kill a Mockingbird, Tom Sawyer, and Huckleberry Finn and more. Our Goal is to collect 1000 or more books by August 31st.

We will then present these books as a donation on behalf of the LCRWC at the September 13th School Board meeting.

Lets Re-stock our school and classroom libraries with literature that really does belong in school! You can order off the Amazon list provided or shop on your own.
