ARREST OF WANTED PERSON DURING THE NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE APPLICATION

One-Stop-Shop Building, Camp Crame, Quezon City - In a proactive operation conducted on the 3rd Floor of the National Police Clearance Section (NPCS), headed by PCPT JUSTIN NOEL P JOSOL, C, NPCS, together with Anti-Organized Crime Unit, CIDG, successfully apprehended NPC applicant today at about 10:00 AM during the application process for a National Police Clearance.

During verification, PCpl Denmar Prades, an NPCS Verifier, discovered that the applicant had an outstanding warrant of arrest. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 38, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, related to the violation of RA 1161, as amended by RA 8282, "An Act Further Strengthening the Social Security Law."

The accomplishment of this operation emphasizes the efficiency of our law enforcement in ensuring that individuals with outstanding legal issues are duly brought to justice.
