Major transformations within and outside of the VA are now presenting Veterans with unprecedented health care choices. Yet, little is known about how Veterans are currently making decisions about their VA and non-VA health care options. The Advancing Choices to Improve Veterans' Access, Treatment, and Experiences (ACTIVATE) Study is recruiting Veterans who are users and non-users of VA health care for virtual focus groups to assess their views, experiences, and informational needs. This information will be used to develop new strategies that will help Veterans make well-informed decisions about their health care options so that they can more effectively, and more consistently, get the health care they need and deserve. There is a $50.00 incentive to participate in this study.
