Please see the below message from the New Orleans Health Department regarding the New Orleans Community Health Assessment Survey:

We Need Your Help—Complete the New Orleans Community Health Assessment Survey

A Community Health Assessment (CHA) is a collaborative process used by local health departments to understand the community’s health needs, challenges, and priorities. It combines data with, most importantly, input from people who live, work, and play in New Orleans to inform future programs, services, and resource allocation.

Your voice is essential to this process. By completing this survey, you help ensure that real experiences and needs—such as access to care, mental health, housing, and support services—are accurately identified and addressed. Your input directly influences decisions that shape the health and well-being of both the broader community and you. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

See attached flyer or directly enter this link into your URL: direc.to/oYwF to take the survey.
