Qualifications:
• At least a high school Graduate
• Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.

2. PARKING CASHIER
Qualifications:
• At least college level
• With experience in the same field, knowledgeable how to use POS

3. PARKING ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
• At least a high school graduate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

4. VALET DRIVER
Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate

5. ELECTRICIAN
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a related course
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is a plus
6. PLUMBER
Qualifications:
• A graduate of a relevant field of study
• Responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of various plumbing installations
• Capable of understanding the layout of installations to perform repairs efficiently and effectively
• Proficient in the installation of pipes and tubing in designated areas
• Skilled in repairing and replacing defective components
• Able to repair select appliances
• Responsible for conducting preventive maintenance on all mechanical and plumbing equipment
7. AUTO MECHANIC
• Demonstrated experience as an auto mechanic is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles is essential
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic systems and methodologies is necessary
• Proficient in the use of various tools (e.g., pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g., lifts)
• A strong commitment to observing safety precautions to mitigate risks associated with accidents, hazardous fluids, and chemicals
• A high school diploma is preferred; certification from a vocational school or successful completion of an apprenticeship is also preferred
8. AUTO ELECTRICIAN
Qualifications:
• Must have a degree in a relevant field, such as Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline
• The candidate should have a proven track record of experience working as an auto electrician, demonstrating expertise in the field
• Must possess advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and electronic control units
• Experience in operating various electrical diagnostic equipment is required to assess vehicle electrical systems accurately
• The ability to differentiate subtle color variations is important for identifying and managing wiring and connections
• Must be physically fit to meet the demands of the job and to ensure safety while working on vehicles
9. DRIVER MECHANIC
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Automotive, Mechanic, or related technical vocational certification (TESDA Nc l preferred)
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools, reading technical manuals, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license (restrictions B/B1/B2) and willingness to travel (up to 75-85%)
• Experience in operating various electrical diagnostic equipment is required to assess vehicle electrical systems accurately
10. DIMSUM STAFF
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dimsum Head Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• Extensive knowledge of traditional dim sum preparation techniques and recipes
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Relevant culinary certifications or diplomas
• Willingness to be assigned to a Chinese cuisine-focused role
11. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualifications:
• Open to applicants of any gender.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and associated regulations.
• Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written English.
