U.S. Soldiers with the 21st Infantry Regiment, alongside Philippine Army and Australian Army Soldiers, conduct CH-47 Chinook cold-load training during Exercise Balikatan 2026 at Cagayan North International Airport, Lal-Lo, Philippines.

This trilateral training included multiple repetitions of embarking and disembarking a CH-47 Chinook, building proficiency and coordination ahead of a long-range maritime air assault exercise.

It's official. The 2026 XVIII Airborne Corps Best Squad belongs to the 101st Airborne Division!

Five days. Twenty events. These Soldiers were pushed physically, mentally, and tactically from day one. They rucked, qualified, navigated, and outthought the competition at every turn. One squad rose above the rest.

Congratulations to the Soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division on earning the title of XVIII Airborne Corps Best Squad.

Join us in celebrating the return of the Soldiers from the 1st Battalion 121st Infantry. Deployed overseas earlier this year as part of the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, these brave men and women arrived back in Georgia this evening. They were warmly greeted by loved ones at the Clay National Guard Center in Marietta.

This year hosted the second Africa Foreign Area Officer Forum for all U.S. Army assigned to U.S. Africa Command’s area of responsibility.

The forum featured senior leader guidance, updates on U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa activities & briefings from U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), the Center of Excellence for Stability Police Units, U.S. Army Security Assistance Command and senior Foreign Area Officers from Africa 🌍

Soldiers with 2nd Infantry ROK-U.S. Combined Division conduct Warrior Feast Ruck March on 21 Nov 2024 to support the Warrior Food Pantry, increase esprit de corps, and celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. 2ID and 501st Military Intelligence Brigade Soldiers and families rucked with non-perishable foods to donate to members of the Camp Humphreys community who need help over the holidays.
