🌳 Tree-mendous 🌳

As we celebrate #NationalTreeWeek, we’ve planted a new tree in Uxbridge High Street today as part of our winter planting programme.

Cllr Eddie Lavery, Hillingdon Council’s Cabinet Member for Environment, Housing and Regeneration, was on hand to plant the Japanese zelkova, helped by the council’s Green Spaces Team.

We’ve already planted more than 11,000 trees this year, with plenty more still to come.

If you’d like a tree in your street, or a nearby green space, our new sponsorship scheme with Trees for Streets can help. To find out more visit https://buff.ly/3G0DdfT.
