patients who need it. We actively support state and local laws that
provide for fair competition among reputable producers and collectives whose
medicine is certified as safe and whose principals adhere to the highest
standards of et

including environmentally sound practices. We actively oppose
state and local laws designed to ban, thwart, restrict, provide unfair
competition or in any other manner hinder the ability of reputable producers
and collectives to provide patients with safe, clean and
accessible medicine.
