The page belongs to Architect James Phillip Wright, AIA, Principal of Net Zero Energy Architects. Our currently highlighted project is the Old Yellow House on Moraga Way in Orinda, CA. Approvals are in and we're breaking ground immediately. It will become a "Passive House", a Deep Energy Retrofit Certified by Passive House Institute United States (PHIUS). A focus of this project is teaching the

public about the state of the art opportunities in retrofitting their existing home's energy resources. The Old Yellow House, built in 1892, offers amazing energy opportunities. "Developer of Crawl Space & Basement Energy"
