Royal Navy Black Cats The Royal Navy Helicopter Display Team

The official page for members and supporters of The Black Cats, where you can find all the latest news and what's in store for the team. The Black Cats are the Royal Navy's only dedicated Helicopter Display Team and they perform to over 3 million people across the country during the summer display season. The display consists of opposition manoeuvres, crosses and close formation which includes going backwards at up to 60mph whilst only separated by 20 feet!

We hope you all enjoyed the first Black Cats Pairs Display yesterday at Southport Airshow!

The team are ready at RAF Woodvale waiting for today's display slot.

They'll be flying past with Navy Wings at 1350 and then running in from crowd left at 1412 for their display!
