What does independence look like after vision loss?

On this week’s episode of the Taking the Lead podcast, we’re joined by Trisha Kulkarni, whose connection with Leader Dogs for the Blind began as a teenager looking for confidence, community and a path forward.

Ten years later, her journey has included Teen Summer Camp, orientation and mobility training, guide dog travel, college and a career in accessible technology.

Along the way, there were unexpected lessons, life transitions and one unforgettable "Dog Day" story.
