I had amost delightful lunch yesterday Baja Calypso Ocean Bar & Restaurant. Had the best spinach salad ever!! I also enjoyed the presentations by Cathy Bliss on Quantum Technology for measuring stress in the body..and Betsy McLeans's movie presentaion on Rick Simpsons's "Run From the CURE"..all about the proven benefits of h**p oil and the many methods "those in charge" have tried to discount it.

I sure wish we could get someone to open up a SUSHI BAR in Puerto Nuevo..lobster is great..but sure would like to have enjoy some sashimi. tempura & Saki!
