VADM JACKSON announced the Navy winners of the CY19 Navy Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) awards yesterday. I am pleased to echo her congratulations and to also recognize our runners up in each category along with our winners. The following Navy F&ES teams and personnel were selected as the CY19 Navy F&ES Award winners and runner ups:
1. Small Fire Department of the Year: NSF Thurmont, MD
