Ang 𝗣𝗔𝗣𝗞 ay nagsusulong ng 𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁, 𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗼, at 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗼 sa pamamagitan ng mga konkretong aksyon at programang tumutugon sa tunay na pangangailangan ng mga estudyante.

Layunin naming palakasin ang partisipasyon ng bawat Kabushenyos, itaguyod ang pagkakapantay-pantay, at ipaglaban ang kapakanan ng lahat mula sa ating unibersidad.
