The NMU cosmetology school will be giving free haircuts to veterans ALL year round from this point on. When you schedule the appointment just inform them you are a veteran (or serving guard, reserve or AD member). Please pass this along to all veterans you know.

Todays events for Marquette American Legion Post 44

Memorial Day Flags up in Harlow Park: 140 US Flags will go up at 7:30 a.m. Helpers are welcome.

Memorial Day Services – Monday 5/27
Park Cemetery 9:30 a.m.
Holy Cross 10:15 a.m.

Refreshments and snacks available at the Post following the services.

At 1:30 p.m., a service will be provided to the residents of the Jacobetti Home for Veterans in the Chapel

At the Post: 3-6 p.m. Cook out – hamburgers, brats and hotdogs. We would welcome sides from anyone attending.

Music: The Seth Brown Duo will be playing
from 3-6 p.m.

Auxiliary taking wreaths down at 6 p.m.
