Road Closures in Bellevue! Thursday, June 15th, 2023

Cowcatcher Loop, the end of Slaughter House Creek Rd (as it meets Cowcatcher Loop),
Tendoy
Amber
Melrose Jasper, Kirtley, and Riverside Drive
If we have enough material left will also be doing Glen Aspen Drive.

We will be conducting a fog seal on these roads. The weather will affect how long the fog seal takes to dry, so please be patient with the temporary road closures. If you live on one of these streets, please park your car on a different street, as you cannot leave or enter your driveway while the seal is drying.

Thank you again for your cooperation and patience while we improve our roads.

¡Cierres de carreteras en Bellevue! jueves, 15 de junio de 2023

• Cowcatcher Loop, el final de Slaughter House Creek Rd (cuando se encuentra con Cowcatcher Loop),
• Tendóy
• Ámber
• Melrose Jasper, Kirtley y Riverside Drive

It was a long winter, and our roads need all the love they can get.

We have been working tirelessly to fix our roads. Here is where we’re at:
• Chestnut Street, Walnut Street, Poplar Street, Pine Street, Spruce Street, Ash Street, and East 2nd Ave are now all pothole-free! When the rainy weather breaks, we’ll continue to work our east-west streets, then move to the north-south streets.
• We are working with the City of Ketchum to keep costs down and conduct a fog seal of city streets on June 15th. The roads we will do are Cowcatcher Loop, the end of Slaughter House Creek Rd (as it meets Cowcatcher Loop), Tendoy, Amber, Melrose, Jasper, Kirtley and Riverside Drive (possibly Glen Aspen Drive if we have enough material left). These streets are in good enough condition to preserve them with a fog seal. City staff will clean the streets before the job, and the fog seal will need time to dry. While it is drying, people cannot drive on the road. The weather will affect how long the fog seal will take to dry so please be patient with the temporary road closures.

• We are working on identifying streets for a chip seal. We will inform the community of locations and timing as soon as we can. We will also be doing an asphalt cap on the stretch of Muldoon Canyon Rd.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation on road closures as we fix the streets.

BCRD's Aquatic Center- recreational public pool is urging residents to apply for summer help 🙌

We have been eagerly preparing for BCRD’s Aquatic Center's grand opening on Memorial Day Weekend. However, as many organizations in our valley face staffing challenges, so do we. Our current staffing levels only allow us to operate swim school, aquarobics, and swim team programs.

Join us in ensuring a fun and memorable summer at the Aquatic Center. Let's work together to create a wonderful experience for our community!

To apply please click here, or share the job description with a friend, please click here.

If you have any questions about joining our team, please contact me at (208) 578-5456 or [email protected].

We will expand our Aquatic Center schedule as our staffing allows.

Hope to see you swimming soon!
