Findley Medical Clinic is a division of Findley Foundation. We have FREE medication for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. In order to qualify for medication, you must have a prescription from your doctor and show proof that you are uninsured or proof you are underinsured to get the medication for FREE. Underinsured individuals, (means you have a prescription from your doctor, you and your doctor decided this medication is the best alternative for your treatment plan, and you go to the pharmacy to get it filled. The pharmacy informs you the prescription will cost $968 and there is no way you are going to be able to afford the medication because your insurance is only going to cover $240 which leaves you to come up with $728. You know there is no way you can afford to get this medication, that's when you call us 414.246.7550.) In order to receive the medication from us, you must provide proof your doctor prescribed the medication. Proof of being uninsured or underinsured via receipts from pharmacy, proof of income, and a photo ID. Our office address is 6114 W. Capitol Drive, Suite 101. We are open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm.
