If you or someone you know is an older adult, and feeling a bit isolated and stuck at home, the Ageing Well network might be just the ticket! It is a group for seniors/ kaumatua, and is a great opportunity to connect with others and build some new friendships, and to find ways of contributing to the wellbeing of others - rediscover your social self adn enjoy the company of others.
We have a weekly coffee group that meets on Mondays from 1-3 at Wesley Rātā Village, Naenae, and we also help to keep you connected with other things happening in the community.
