President William Ruto, reportedly acting through Oburu Odinga, has removed Edwin Sifuna from his position as Secretary-General. The decision is being interpreted by some as a strategic move aimed at consolidating political unity in Western Kenya, with claims that support for allied parties has increased significantly ahead of the upcoming elections.
Critics argue that the move signals heightened political tensions rather than efforts toward reconciliation.

I strongly condemn the use of tear gas on peaceful worshippers at Witima ACK Church in Othaya during a church service attended by former DP H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, EGH . A house of God should never be turned into a place of fear. Targeting men, women, children, and the elderly while they pray is a clear violation of constitutional freedoms of worship and assembly. Those responsible must be held accountable. Kenya must choose peace, dialogue, and the rule of law not intimidation and force. 🇰🇪

Today, I had the distinct honor of joining our Member of Parliament, Hon. Jane Kihara, alongside other distinguished leaders for the official bursary distribution exercise in Biashara Ward.
Education is the greatest equalizer, and witnessing the commitment to easing the financial burden for our families is truly inspiring. Providing these resources ensures that our bright young minds remain in school and on the path to achieving their dreams.
Beyond the official proceedings, the highlight of my day was the opportunity to engage directly with my fellow Biashara Ward residents. Listening to your stories and sharing ideas for our community’s growth remains a priority for me.
My sincere gratitude to everyone who made today a success. Together, we are building a stronger, more educated, and more united ward.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining the People's Deputy President in worship with the Christian faithful of ACK Diocese of Kajiado, Holy Trinity-Kitengela Church. Alongside tens of leaders, we gave thanks and stood in solidarity with the Church, encouraging it to remain steadfast in faith, hope, and love despite the challenges facing our nation.

Glad to attend the mighty Sunday service at gospel confirmation club, machakos with H.E. Deputy President H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, EGH, Pastor Dorcas Rigathi and other leaders.

The Church, as the light of the world, is it, forming the society of faith, love and concord. The message for today based on the scripture reading also reminded us that it is our responsibility to stand up for what is right and do what we can do to ensure we have a better Kenya for all.

God bless Kenya!

What’s Going on with Kinamba Market?

For over four years, Kinamba Market has been under construction, with a budget of Ksh 10 million allocated for its development. Yet, despite being almost complete for nearly a year, it remains closed and unused. Traders who were eagerly waiting to move in are left stranded, while the market continues to gather dust instead of serving the people of Biashara Ward.

Why hasn’t it been opened for business? What’s causing the delay?

Additionally, one of the key components—cabro paving—has not been installed. Was it part of the original plan? If so, why hasn’t it been done? If not, why was a public project designed without proper infrastructure for traders and customers?

The people of Kinamba and Biashara Ward deserve transparency and accountability. Public funds were used to build this market, yet it remains a ghost structure. Who is responsible for this? What is the county government’s plan?

It’s time we demand answers. Let’s not allow yet another stalled project to waste away while hardworking traders struggle to find proper spaces to do business.

What are your thoughts? Have you heard any official explanation? Let’s discuss and push for action!

🚨 Biashara Ward Residents Deserve Security! 🚨

Insecurity is getting worse in Biashara Ward, with thieves taking advantage of darkness to steal chickens, cows, and other property. Many Mulika Mwizi lights are not working, and some areas don’t have them at all—giving criminals a perfect hiding spot!

Yesternight in Gituamba, a thief was caught and killed by the mob, but his gang managed to escape. This could have been prevented if all security lights were working. How many more families must suffer before action is taken?

We are calling on our leaders to work with the Department of Roads and Infrastructure to:
⚠️ Repair all broken Mulika Mwizi lights.
⚠️ Install security lights in dark spots across the ward.
⚠️ Ensure regular maintenance to keep them working.

Crime thrives in darkness, and we refuse to live in fear! Security is a right, not a privilege!

Today, I attended a fundraising event in Molo to honor the late Raymond Otieno, the fearless "Molo President." His tragic death serves as a harsh reminder of the dangerous cost of standing up for truth and justice.

Raymond was a passionate advocate for human rights, and his legacy will never be silenced. My deepest condolences to his family and the people of Molo. Justice must prevail, and those responsible for his death must be held accountable.

Let’s continue to honor his courage by fighting for justice and truth.
