From JOB GETTER to JOB GENERATOR !!!

Instead of hunting for jobs,have you ever tried to start your own business and provide jobs to others?It's tough? Right?

Look,Kharagpur is one of the fastest growing town of West Bengal.Lots of companies are coming here and investing lots of money.They will be not going anywhere soon.A perfect eco-system is being created here with banks eager to lend money.People from other states & countries are also coming.Huge footfall is coming in Kharagpur.Now we are no more dependent on Railways/IIT.We have a huge market.
Instead of roaming here & there, flaunting your bikes & political connections,sit down & think of starting something.Excited?
Well,I want to utilise this page for the betterment,benefit & progress of Kharagpur & Kharagpurians.If I get enough support & motivation from you all,I want to push enterpreneurship through this page.If you want any guidance for your startup,I will be happy to provide it. Recently,an incident took place with me.A parcel from Flipkart was to be delivered at my home. My wife asked the delivery boy to deliver it at 2nd floor as we stay at 2nd floor with no lift.The delivery boy said he is coming. After waiting for long,my wife went down to see where is he !! He met her in the 1st floor,he was slowly coming upstairs as he was Divyang.After seeing this,my wife felt very bad. She told him,"Bhaiya,aapko problem tha ekbar bol dete,main niche aa jati receive karne".He said,it's OK madam and gave the parcel. My wife thanked him.

Some lessons to be learned here :
* Peoples irrespective of physical problems want to work hard & earn honestly.
* Irrespective of physical disabilities,some people don't want to encash that.
* Due to high unemployment,highly educated people are also opting for delivery work.They have no choice left but they are humans too.We all should respect them and their work.
* If anybody shows his/her inability to deliver in higher floors,we should co-operate with them instead of arguing as they are delivering some sort of happiness to us.
* Many apartments/flats don't allow delivery boys to use lifts. So,they have to use stairs.Its really an inhuman act.

I would also request all the e-commerce & q-commerce companies to have an option that a Divyang is delivering his/her parcel so that more sensitiveness is exercised by the receiver.

Employment - 2000+
Investment - 1000 Cr

Construction is in full swing & the plant is expected to be operational by 𝐐𝟏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.
