The Children and Family Centres provide a

wide range of support and activities for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years (and up to 25 years old for young people with a special educational need). We deliver at our Centres and at outreach venues in the community offering free face-to-face activities each week with a focus on supporting families in the first 1001 days (from conception to when they are 2 years old). We also provide advice, information and support on a wider range of issues for families with children aged 0-19 years (and up to 25 years old for young people with a SEN) and have partner organisations delivering out of our Children and Family Centre venues. We are open throughout the year including school holidays
