Fielding complaints about letting property owners not maintain what they are responsible for. This includes junk, not mowing, junk or non usable vehicles. Yorkville has always been
reasonably clean looking town. We are going to start by asking nicely that people clean up and dispose of garbage and junk and mow overgrown yards. We all can do better. Thank you for your cooperation.

I can’t go but all they will be doing is trying to figure out how to share 140 pages of a study w the public. No matter what it says there will be a time that we stand for our schools. Dyer has a very important school board election in August. I’m sure there will be more on that.

Work session to hear feasibility study is at 5:15 in Mr Tates class room.

Let me correct myself. It appears that the feasibility study will be presented at the 5:30 work session. So if you want to hear the results of it be at high school at 5:30.

The feasibility study on
Consolidation of our schools will be presented at school board meeting tonight at 6:30. A school board member invited me to come hear it firsthand which is better than hearing rumors or false information. I will try to go but it would be good if a few parents w children in school would go and hear it. I don’t always hear clearly and it is important that we have the correct information. Comment if you can go.

On behalf of cemetery association if you would like to put in a bid for mowing and w**d eating contact Robert Galloway at 731-643-5099. It has been mowed but not w**d eated. You are welcome to do any w**deating or spray around rocks. Robert mowed it this past
week but cannot be expected to w**d eat. Thanks for your patience.

We will be having a workday at the park this Sat. Will start about 8:30. Might bring a leaf blower and rake. Leaves are piled against ball fence that can’t be mowed. May need to trim some bushes or trees. Lots of picking up.

03/04/2026

Given the weather forecast I think we may need to put off the workday at the park until next Sat. Thoughts?
