When our environment group did a walk about we reported the steps adjacent to the Preston Road walk by the brook as needing replacing. We are delighted that the steps have now been replaced.

Community Grant Scheme.
At our volunteer celebration in February we mentioned the possibility of a community grant scheme and you gave us your feedback.

A Board Policy for Lytham.
Lytham Town Council have been working hard to declutter the pavements in Lytham. You may have noticed that the redundant black poles for the Christmas lights have gone and we have also identified some redundant grey poles which are being removed when the new lighting columns are installed.
We have also published a new A-Board / Advertising Board Policy to support local businesses while helping to keep the town’s pavements safe and accessible for all.

Tomorrow morning from 10am till 12 noon we have our monthly pop in session at Lytham Institute where you can raise any issues or share your ideas with the Lytham Town Councillors and the clerk.
Then tomorrow evening at 6.30pm (also at the Institute) it’s our monthly full Lytham Town Council meeting.
