On the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh ji, I pay my deepest respect and gratitude to a visionary leader and statesman of our nation.

Dr. Manmohan Singh ji’s leadership brought India unprecedented growth, stability, and global recognition. His gentle nature and deep wisdom continue to inspire us all.

For Manipur, his tenure as Prime Minister was a period of meaningful development. Important infrastructure projects, expansion of national highways, improvement in connectivity, higher education initiatives, and economic packages for the Northeast were taken up under his leadership. His government gave Manipur special attention as part of the Look East Policy, strengthening our state’s role as a gateway to Southeast Asia.

On this occasion, let us remember his legacy of humility, integrity, and nation-building, and rededicate ourselves to serving the people with the same commitment.
