Hello great Calgarians who care about the environment,

First of all, thank you so much for your encouragement and for supporting my little efforts to clean the environment. Your support is truly appreciated.

As part of my commitment to protecting the environment, I will be doing a community clean-up as follows:

Date: Sunday, 24 May 2026
Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Location: East side of 60 Street N.E., Calgary (from 88 Avenue to Airport Trail), including the pond area

Please come and support this meaningful cause. Together, we can help keep our community clean, beautiful, and healthy.

All supplies will be provided, including gloves, garbage bags, and litter pickers.

Let’s encourage our near and dear ones to keep the environment clean and avoid littering.

As part of my commitment to the environment, today, May 17th, we carried out a litter-picking drive in the Saddleridge park and pond area near the intersection of 88 Ave NE and 60 St NE.

Special thanks to Nadia for her valuable support and for joining me in this initiative. Together, we collected a significant amount of litter, though more still remains.

Let’s respect Mother Nature and not litter. Let’s clean our Ward 5 and make it better.

• I will always work for the welfare of people and to protect the environment.

• I will treat all humans as equal, regardless of caste, gender, race, or status.

• It does not matter whether I am strong or weak, I will always stand for justice.

• I will always live with charhdi kala.

• I am not perfect, and I will always strive to improve.

• I will talk less and work more.

These students contribute greatly to our communities, economy, and cultural diversity. Supporting them is not just a matter of policy—it is a matter of humanity. Now is the time to stand with them!!
