B**G COUNTY MARKET AUTHORITIES AND MARKETER PETITIONED MADAM LUSU FOR LMA PRESIDENCY; SHE ACCEPTS WITH A VOW TO SERVE

In a significant display of unwavering support and mobilization, a coalition of a group of Market authorities and marketers from across B**g County gathered in Gbarnga to officially petition the Madam Lusu K.S. Crawford to contest for the presidency of the Liberia Marketing Association (LMA) in the upcoming election February 2026.
The event, marked by high spirits and a strong sense of solidarity, saw the market leaders present a formal petition to Madam Lusu. In their address, they highlighted her longstanding dedication, visionary leadership, and profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Liberian market women. “The call of the people is the call of God,” Madam Lusu declared to resounding applause. “When the very people you have worked alongside, shared struggles with, and celebrated victories with place their trust in you, it is a divine mandate that I cannot and will not ignore. I wholeheartedly welcome your petition and accept your call to run for the presidency of the Liberia Marketing Association.” Madam Lusu lamented.
She pledged to run a head the LMA with a key focused on unity, progress, and the tangible improvement of the welfare of all marketeers across Liberia.
