🇵🇰🤝🇨🇳 The China-Pakistan Study Centre (CPSC), ISSI, in collaboration with China Media Group (CMG), successfully organized a seminar titled “CPC at 105: Achievements, Experiences, and the China-Pakistan Community with a Shared Future.”

The event brought together distinguished diplomats, policymakers, scholars, and experts to reflect on the 105-year journey of the Communist Party of China (CPC), China's remarkable development experience, and the enduring strength of the Pakistan-China All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership. Discussions also highlighted the evolving scope of cooperation under CPEC 2.0 and the shared vision of building a China-Pakistan Community with a Shared Future. 🌏📚

CAMEA , in collaboration with PAIDAR, commemorated Somalia's Independence Day. Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, President PAIDAR was the Chief Guest. Speakers included Ambassador Khalid Mahmood, Chairman ISSI, Ambassador Sheikhnur Mohamed Hassan (Ambassador of Somalia to Pakistan), Ambassador Aqsa Nawaz (Pakistan's Ambassador accredited to Somalia), and Dr. Amina Khan, Director CAMEA.The speakers reaffirmed the longstanding Pakistan–Somalia friendship and highlighted growing cooperation in peacekeeping, education, trade, capacity building, and people-to-people ties under Pakistan's “Engage Africa” policy.

The Centre for Strategic Perspectives (CSP) at ISSI hosted H.E. Mr. Miguel Ángel Moratinos, United Nations High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and UN Special Envoy to Combat Islamophobia, for a public talk. He underscored dialogue as essential for peace, highlighting rising global challenges and the need to strengthen multilateralism, trust, and intercultural understanding in an increasingly fragmented world. He also lauded Pakistan’s role as a bridge between regions and civilizations and its contributions to UN peacekeeping. The discussion also highlighted growing global concerns over religious intolerance, with emphasis on Islamophobia as a serious and rising challenge.
