Guide to Locational Clearance Applications
To ensure a smooth and efficient processing of your Locational Clearance, we are providing a comprehensive checklist of requirements. Whether you are applying for a residential, commercial, or industrial project, please ensure all documents are complete before submission.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
(Submit one copy per document)
1. Accomplished Application Form: Must be duly notarized.
2. Proof of Right Over Land:
- If Owner: Photocopy of the Certificate of Title.
- If No Title: Certified True Copy of the latest Tax Declaration & Pro-forma Affidavit.
- If Not the Owner: Notarized Deed of Sale, Lease Contract, or Authorization to Use Land, plus the owner’s Title/Tax Declaration.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
1. Perspective Plan
2. Vicinity Map
3. Site Development Plan
4. Zoning Certification: Issued by the MPDC.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
>Latest Cedula and Real Property Tax Receipt
>Fees: Filing and Legal Research fees apply.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
For Manufacturing Projects
Applicants must provide an Industrial Description including:
1. Type and volume of raw materials.
2. Products manufactured or stored.
3. Average production output/capacity.
4. Industrial waste management and pollution control plans.
5. Flowchart of manufacturing processes.
For Cell Sites & Communication Facilities
1. Barangay Resolution endorsing the project.
2. Sangguniang Bayan endorsement.
3. Written consent/conformity from adjoining neighbors and residents.
