PREPARATIONS UNDERWAY!!🎉🎉🎉

Our dedicated GSO team headed by Mr. Rolando Dillera, General Services Officer, is hard at work installing colorful buntings all around the Municipium — dressing up Pigcawayan in festive colors as we count down to our 73rd Founding Anniversary and the vibrant 5th Padayaw Festival! 🎈🎀

Every string hung with care — a labor of love for our community, our people, and our beloved town. May our celebrations be as bright and beautiful as the decorations faithfully put up! 💛
