So glad the council voted to ban data centers. But when did they know? We know for a fact that Patrick Vincenti learned of this at a minimum of July of 2025.

Now we know that Allison Imhoff learned of this by the fourth of March of 2026.

This letter shows how the developer of the data center tried to sell this to Allison "AFL-CIO Endorsed" Imhoff as well as trying to sell this botched idea to The Harford Land Trust.

The issue I take is this is so far two cases of our elected officials lying to us by omission. When voting on June 23rd send a message and vote for Bob Cassilly for county executive and Stephanie Flasch For Harford County Council for council district B

Ahhh Mountain branch developer Bill Vasilakopoulos trying to get into the back door of county council with it is email to Allison Imhoff. Let's all hope that Allison didn't listen to this email...

Also his proposal for a major development and retail space in the property, totally not allowed in Ag zoning. In current zoning he might be able to build 9 single family residences on large averages but perking would be an issue.

It's time to step up and tell developers no more back room deals. The data center idea is dead and buried and if you ever want to build that development with DR Horton they need to take care of major infrastructure in that area, the developer should be responsible for building and funding water, sewer, electric, fiber optic, schools, parks, road upgrades, and a maintenance fund. Further no more ecological disasters like Ridgely reserves.
