The other side of sad history - how men destroy one another...

False history is being fed into millions of black South Africans, and they go around blaming everyone else for their plight...There is very little evidence of any permanent structures built by indigenous africans on the southern continent. Zimbabwe was not built by the Bantu or Shona people but by "foreigners" with knowledge of stone construction. The land was regularly "stolen" from each other by tribes and cattle and wives often taken as slaves ..killing, wars between tribes, massive slaughtering at Mfecane…and brutality was frequent, causing multi-generational suffering and scars…No white people were involved and yet somehow the whites are blamed for all slavery and indigenous african ills ...Is it possible for reality to ever dawn upon our people?

Then…in a peculiar turn of events, the South African government refuse to admit that the profound discovery of early humans in South Africa (Homo Naledi) is even related to our ancestors, fueling the claim that nguni are not indigenous to Southern Africa????

Why is there a cavernous hole when it comes to us embracing the honest truth about our own history?

Let cabinet ministers share our suffering

Senior government officials not only earn exorbitant salaries, but they can use unlimited electricity and water at no cost to themselves. Their official residences are exempt from loadshedding, and their second residences have generators paid for by taxpayers.
According to a report in Sunday’s City Press, the new ministerial handbook that came into effect in April exempts them from having to pay for any municipal services, and eliminates the previous R5 000 cap on water and lights bills that the Department of Public Works would pick up.
Meanwhile, the rest of us struggle to cope with water restrictions and the substantial expense of trying to keep work computers running during power outages, or trying to keep commercial and industrial businesses afloat amidst record-breaking blackouts.

A long time ago in the Animal Kingdom, a sheep was passing and saw a lion crying inside a cage trapped. The lion begged the sheep to save him with a promise not to kill and eat it but the sheep refused. After much persuasion the sheep opened the cage for the lion.

Now the lion was very hungry having stayed in the cage for days without food. It quickly grabbed the sheep to kill and eat but the sheep reminded him of his promise. They were still there arguing when other animals came passing and they sought to know what happened. Both the lion and the sheep narrated their own side of the story but because of fear and in trying to gain favour with the lion, all the animals took side with the lion except the Tortoise who claimed not to understand the whole scenario.

Now the Tortoise asked the lion to show them where he was before the sheep rescued him, he pointed at the cage. He asked again, "were you inside or outside when the sheep arrived"? The lion said he was inside. The tortoise again said, "ok, enter let’s see how difficult it could be inside". The lion entered and the tortoise locked him back inside.

In amazement, the other animals asked tortoise "why" and he replied "if we allow him to eat the sheep today, he will still go hungry tomorrow and we don't know the next amongst us to be eaten tomorrow.

The Moral of this tale
*Don't support evil today because it doesn't affect you directly, tomorrow it could be your turn.

The chameleon man...

Last month, Julius Malema attended the wedding of to***co dealer Adriano Mazzotti's daughter, where he was seen, in one of the video clips, behind the DJ decks, laughing and joking with a group of people.
