🌸 The Unbreakable Spirit & Strength of Caring Women 🌸

As part of Women’s Month, Agape had the privilege of hosting two groups of safety parents from Ocean View and Athlone on two separate days for an inspiring workshop and motivational talk celebrating the incredible strength, resilience, and dedication of women who open their hearts and homes to care for vulnerable children. 💕 Together, we celebrated the unbreakable spirit and strength of caring women who make a lasting difference in the lives of others. 🌷💪❤️

In June 2026, Agape partnered with Genadendal Child Welfare to train safety and foster parents, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe havens for children at risk.

There is a growing need in the Western Cape for trained emergency, temporary safe-care, and foster parents to provide homes for children in need of care and protection. Safety and foster parents play a vital role in protecting, nurturing, and caring for vulnerable children who have been removed from unsafe environments due to abuse, neglect, abandonment, or other circumstances that place them at risk.

In May 2026, Agape partnered with Knysna Child Welfare to train safety and foster parents, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe havens for children at risk.
