+/- 10 yrs ago I open Feminique Fitness Club politics of a person struggling with weight management after having a baby. It took a toll on my mentally and emotionally.
The I I said Yonela Khetsheza FFC will be a club aimed at women in the township battling with Mental, Emotional and Physical fitness. This was to assist in holistically addressing health and wellness. The partnership with WOW assisted with the correct tools and resources to improve our gym.
