In the matter brought before the court between Mr Charlie Thukwana and his landlord, Mr Piet Bezuidenhout, seeking relief in the form of a protection order, the case raises serious concerns regarding the protection of tenants, the abuse of power, and the right of every person to live in dignity and safety.
