Chaba GYD is Corporate Social Investment programme from Chaba Wind Power (RF) (Pty) Ltd the Project Company of the 21 MW Chaba Wind Farm approximately 6 Km east of Komga. Chaba GYD Programme is applicable to individuals residing and/or businesses registered in Komga communities, Great Kei communities, Amahlathi and Mnquma Local Municipalities and Buffalo City District Municipality communities. Tar

geted assistance takes the form in two ways; firstly the Chaba GYD Socio Economic Development Programme provides monetary contributions towards:
• Tertiary education in the fields of Maths, Science and Technology, or
• Arts, sport and culture programmes
• Learnerships
• Capacity Building programmes
• Corporate Governance programmes
Secondly the Chaba GYD Enterprise Development Programme provides monetary contributions towards:
• Capacity Building programmes
• Corporate Governance programmes
• Operational systems
• Quality Management systems
• Learnerships
• Skills Development programmes
• Company compliance
• Financial compliance
