Mandela's listening desk, is a place or platform where people or everybody comes with any type of problems and I listen to it and afterwards, i do whatever I can to make sure that the problem is resolved in one way or another. First of all I make sure that I understand the matter so that I can get the relevant information in order to assist. And I don't close the case until the matter is resolved. And that's the way I operate.

My Good people, I've learned that everything done under the influence of anger, nothing was good, instead, making things worse, so my friend come down to a low your temperature to settle down or to come to a normal level, because any pain or stress is not permanent, is just there for a short time and it will pass.
