You can feel completely well and still have cervical changes that need attention.

Regular screening can identify changes before they become cervical cancer.

Don't wait for symptoms to appear before taking your health seriously.

Speak to one of our healthcare professionals about your screening options.

All through Women's Month we've walked through the emergency warning signs your body can give you from heart symptoms to pregnancy complications, PCOS to UTIs.

But the golden rule behind every one of them is the same: you know your body better than anyone else. If something feels wrong, it's worth getting checked. Trust your instincts and act quickly in an emergency, minutes matter.

Something feels off? Don't second-guess yourself, come see us.

If you keep getting UTIs three or more times a year it's not just bad luck. Chronic or recurrent UTIs can mean the infection isn't fully clearing or that bacteria are becoming resistant to treatment and each episode raises the risk of it spreading to the kidneys or bloodstream. Watch for fever, chills, back or flank pain, nausea or confusion, these signal the infection has become serious and needs emergency care, not just another course of antibiotics.

Recurring UTIs or fever with symptoms? Don't wait to come in immediately.

Chest pain isn't always the first sign. Women having a heart attack may instead feel nausea, jaw or back pain, shortness of breath or unusual fatigue symptoms that get brushed off far too often. Trusting your gut could save your life. If something feels wrong, get checked immediately.

Unsure if it's serious? Come in and let us check.

On Mandela Day, we honour Nelson Mandela's legacy of service by recommitting ourselves to the communities we care for every day. His belief that "what counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived, it is what difference we have made to the lives of others" guides the work our emergency teams do around the clock.
This July 18th, join us in giving back, whether through volunteering, donating or simply checking in on someone who needs care. Together, even small acts can make a lasting difference.
