Today the boots hit the ground.

Our Regional Youth Forum Chairperson Hlengiwe Shelembe, alongside the Provincial Chairperson Advice Chuma and Provincial Secretary Nomathamsanqa Lucky Mkhonza,
took ActionSA Youth straight to the heart of Westcol Randfontein for our very first campus launch and the response was inspiring.

Over 60 new recruits joined the movement, ready to drive bold reform and real change on campus.

The r**e of 7-year-old Cwecwe at Bergview College in Matatiele has sparked nationwide outrage, yet authorities have been slow to act.
ActionSA Women’s Forum stands with Cwecwe and her family in demanding justice and accountability. Bergview College must be held responsible, and law enforcement must act swiftly to ensure justice is served.
The incident reportedly occurred on school premises in October last year while Cwecwe was waiting for transport. Activists and the public are demanding accountability from the school and authorities, with calls for justice growing louder.
Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has stated that the Senior State Prosecutor will be consulted this week, after which the family will receive an update. Meanwhile, Bergview College is facing possible deregistration due to its handling of the case.
GBV activists argue that authorities only act when cases gain public attention, reinforcing the need for stronger protections for children and swift justice for victims.
