‼️TEMBISA ENERGY ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

Tembisa Energy advises customers that its smart meters are currently experiencing disruptions due to a broader network issue that is under investigation.

Customers may experience intermittent connectivity, including delays in token delivery, latency, or temporary service outages.

Technical teams are working closely with network partners to restore full service as soon as possible.

Further updates will be communicated as more information becomes available from the Tembisa Energy Depot.

The City apologises for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

✅ Your Termination/Disconnection Letter (The official letter from the municipality).

✅ Your Indigent Application Receipt (Proof that you have applied).

NO DOCUMENT = NO ASSISTANCE

Our officials cannot process your case without these papers. Please bring them in a plastic sleeve to keep them safe.

Dear Residents,

Parts of Tembisa is experiencing water services interruption due to damaged bulk pipeline. The team is on working on repairs. Water reinstatement will be communicated soon.

Affected sections in Ward 14:

Ibaxa, Isivana, Enxiweni, Welomlambo, Ethafeni, Jiyana, Isiphethweni, and Emfihlweni.

Should the situation persists, I will contact the Water and Sanitation Department for assistance with water tankers.
