We’re excited to introduce an entirely new excursion for our 2027 Africa Hunt Lodge season!

After finishing your hunting safari in South Africa, trade the rifle for a fishing rod and join us in Henties Bay, Namibia for 3 full days of shore fishing along the incredible Namibian coastline.

Our 3-Day / 4-Night Namibia Shore Fishing Adventure includes accommodations at our Henties Bay house, meals, fishing licenses, rods and gear, bait, experienced local fishing guides, airport transfers from Walvis Bay, and transportation up and down the coast each day.

Another Great Two Weeks in Africa! 🇿🇦

We’ve wrapped up another couple of fantastic weeks at Africa Hunt Lodge & Kudu Valley Safari Lodge, hosting several wonderful groups of hunters, families, and photo safari guests.

From successful days in the hunting field and incredible wildlife sightings on photo safaris, to beautiful African sunsets and quality time together as families, these past couple of weeks are a great reminder of what an African safari is really all about.
It’s not just the animals you hunt or photograph, yet it is the people you share the experience with, the friendships made around the fire, and the memories you take home with you.

We’re very thankful to everyone who chose to spend their African adventure with us. Once again, our guests headed home happy, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming many of them back to South Africa in the future!

Another incredible week of safari adventures is wrapping up at Africa Hunt Lodge! 🇿🇦

This week we had the pleasure of hosting a couple at Witklip Lodge and two families at Kudu Valley Safari Lodge, and what a week it has been!

One of the things we love most about an African safari is that everyone can have their own adventure. While our hunters spent their days pursuing some beautiful African trophies, our observers were out experiencing everything South Africa has to offer.

A Safari is About More Than the Trophy… It's About the Memories. 🇿🇦

We had the pleasure of welcoming Laird and his son to Kudu Valley Safari Lodge this week for a quick father-and-son hunting adventure, and what a fantastic few days it turned out to be!

Guided by Professional Hunter Sweiss, the two enjoyed quality time together in the South African bush, harvesting several beautiful plains game trophies and spending a memorable morning bird hunting. From exciting stalks to shared laughs around the lodge, it was the kind of trip that reminds us why we love what we do.

There’s something special about sharing a hunt across generations. The trophies will always serve as a reminder of the adventure, but it's the time spent together, the stories shared, and the memories made that truly last a lifetime.

The Warthogs Are in Trouble This Week at Africa Hunt Lodge!

Our latest group of hunters from Oklahoma has been having an incredible week in the South African Bushveld, and the Warthogs have certainly been keeping our Professional Hunters busy!

Some serious trophy boars have come out of the bush this week, with impressive tusks, mature old warriors, and plenty of exciting stalks that made every harvest well-earned. These are the kinds of Warthogs every hunter dreams about finding.

At Africa Hunt Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing quality hunting opportunities, ethical fair chase experiences, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

One of the most exciting parts of an African safari begins after the sun goes down. While many hunters head back to camp, the bush comes alive with some of Africa's most elusive nocturnal predators.

Congratulations to Mr. Sparks on harvesting this beautiful Large-Spotted Genet during his safari with Africa Hunt Lodge!

Known for their striking spotted coats, long ringed tails, and incredible agility, Genet Cats are primarily nocturnal and are rarely seen during daylight hours. Pursuing one requires patience, sharp eyes, and a little luck as they silently move through the African bush under the cover of darkness.

One of the greatest compliments we can receive at Africa Hunt Lodge is welcoming returning clients back to Africa year after year.

This season, we're honored to host our longtime friend John Magee on his fourth safari with us since 2019. This trip is especially meaningful because John decided to share the adventure with the next generation; bringing his son-in-law and two grandsons along to experience everything that makes an African safari so unforgettable.

Together, they're creating memories that will last a lifetime while staying at our beautiful Witklip (Whitestone) Lodge, enjoying world-class hunting, incredible wildlife, and quality time with family in the heart of the South African bush.

Watching multiple generations hunt together, share stories around the fire each evening, and celebrate one another's successes is what Africa Hunt Lodge is all about. The trophies are certainly memorable, but it's the laughter, friendships, and family traditions that keep our clients coming back.
