Throughout your journey to this esteemed office, you have demonstrated remarkable resilience and perseverance in the face of formidable challenges, including intense opposition and difficult trials, compounded by your historic hardships and political persecutions. Despite these obstacles, you have consistently exhibited exceptional courage and unwavering resolve, inspiring countless individuals across the nation with your ability to remain steadfast in the face of adversity during your tenure as opposition leader.

Your victory represents a renewed mandate and a significant responsibility to continue serving the Zambian people. Although the road ahead presents considerable challenges, your past successes indicate that you are well-equipped to handle the task. Mr. FWOLOSHI FREDRICK PLEDGES TO RESTORE "ONE PEOPLE, ONE DEVELOPMENT" BY FOSTERING GENUINE UNITY, RECONCILIATION, AND STRICTLY EQUAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS ALL DIVERSE COMMUNITIES WITHIN CHAVUMA.

Hon. Fredrick Fwoloshi has promised to procure constituency-owned earth-moving machinery to construct and maintain roads, bridges, and other public infrastructure in Chavuma. Mr. Fwoloshi stated that this initiative will directly reduce dependence on external contractors and ensure that development funds create local employment opportunities for the people of Chavuma. Furthermore, Hon. Fredrick Fwoloshi announced that he will employ drivers and equipment operators, recruit and train local drivers, operators, and mechanics to safely operate and maintain the constituency's machinery fleets. Job opportunities under this program will strictly prioritize the youth within Chavuma.

The former District Commissioner (DC) for Chavuma further guided that once voted into power in this year's elections, he will purchase a constituency bus. "I will acquire a dedicated constituency bus to actively support local schools, sports organizations, community outreach programs, and emergency services transport," said Dr. Fwoloshi.

The leader of the Slasher Movement stated that he will establish practical youth skills training programs focusing on construction, modern agriculture, entrepreneurship, and technology. He will facilitate streamlined access to loans, grants, and direct job opportunities through national government programs and strategic private partnerships. Mr. Fwoloshi said that he will promote fish farming and cattle rearing. He will promote commercial fish farming and livestock production as sustainable, high-yield income-generating activities. He will support local cooperatives with modern technical training, high-quality inputs, and direct access to broader markets. The construction and improvement of feeder roads will be his first priority. He will open completely new feeder roads in Chavuma West while upgrading and maintaining the existing feeder road network in Chavuma East to radically improve rural access to markets, local schools, and healthcare facilities.

Speaking during his campaign tour in Chivombo, Chingi, Mungole, Kakanga, Chivinda, Chiyeke, Chavuma Central and the West Bank, Dr. Fwoloshi stated that he will construct bridges in Chavuma West. He plans to construct strategic bridges across critical river crossings to facilitate efficient transportation, boost internal trade, and ensure safe access to essential social services. He also promised to build six double-storey upstairs classroom blocks, three in the East Bank and three in the West Bank of Chavuma District, to alleviate severe classroom overcrowding and improve access to quality education. This infrastructure expansion will provide a conducive learning environment for pupils and teachers. Additionally, Dr. Fwoloshi vowed to consistently upgrade existing health centres and school facilities throughout the constituency, advocate for increased healthcare and teaching staff, modernized diagnostic equipment, and reliable essential medical and educational supplies.

"I will ensure the immediate funding and definitive completion of the Chavuma Police Station infrastructure to significantly strengthen local security, institutional law enforcement, and general public safety," Dr. Fwoloshi stated.

The Chavuma independent parliamentary candidate went on to promise the construction of a modern mini stadium equipped to promote sports development, healthy youth recreation, community integration, and early local athletic talent identification. He further stated that he will aggressively advocate for the construction of a multi-purpose dam at Chavuma Falls, designed to support large-scale agricultural irrigation, sustainable fisheries, clean electricity generation, eco-tourism, and long-term climate change resilience. This initiative will promote responsible management of vital natural resources for the prosperity of future generations.

Mr. Fwoloshi concluded by saying that he will enhance the water supply infrastructure from boreholes to solar-powered water pumping systems, along with expanded access to mobile network coverage across the district and restore 'One People, One Development' by fostering genuine unity, reconciliation, and equal development opportunities across all diverse communities within Chavuma. He will ensure that all public projects benefit every single resident strictly on merit, regardless of political affiliation, tribe, or social status.
